Bicol Region, Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Moderate to strong northeasterly surface windflow will prevail over Extreme Northern Luzon and the coastal waters over this area will be moderate to rough. Over the rest of Luzon and Visayas, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the Northeast and Northwest and coming from the Northwest and West will prevail over Mindanao. The coastal waters over these areas will be slight to moderate except during thunderstorms.
