Extreme Northern Luzon will have rains and gusty winds and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. The rest of the country will experience mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Luzon and coming from the southeast to southwest over the rest of the country. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate except during thunderstorms.
